If I were to go Doctor0-4-3-0 I believe it is to be able to buff myself decent, roughly what kind of modifier numbers would I be seeing roughly.

no inorder to buff yourself semi-well you have to be 0-4-4-0.

if you go 0430 and use good C buff packs, you should be able to get 1000 point buffs without too much of a problem
