does droid add to buffs? o_O Some and yes some say no. I persally haven't really seen a huge difference between the two
What stat is buff dependent on... Med Use? =p The higher Medical Use you have, the better buffs you can use. So yes, your Med Use is basically the determining factor on your buffs.

The question is kinda loaded. The OQ of the RESOURCES used in your components definitely make a difference to the components when they are made. However that OQ rating is not stored on the components at all, on the Power and/or Charges (or other rating depending on the crafting you may be doing) is stored on the component itself.
So when doing a final combine the OQ rating of the resources that you may have used in creating the components is irrelavent. All those components do is just add their rating to the final product.

Well, IF you have a droid that has a Level 6 (also referred to as a 110) medical module, and that droid had a charge then, yes, is should make a difference in improviing your buffs when you apply the buff. If you have a lesser rated med module in a droid, then it will make them worse.
If you are asking if a droid crafter means you will make better buffs in crafting, then that depends on the droid crafter rating compared to the private station rating you are using. Some indicators, though, are that droid crafting stations tend to be better than the standalone ones you mioght buy, however. THat's being looked into, I think.

Depends on what you mean. As pointed out Med Use would let you use better buffs.
But for any given buff your Wound Treatment skill is the primary modifier to how well you buff. So if your skill is only +50 then some Master Doc with +25 Wound Treatment clothing (giving them a +125) will, on average, buff better than you using the exact same buff packs. Now it is possible that Master Doc could get unlicky and you could get lucky on any given roll and he might actually do a lesser buff than you at any given time (due to the massive variability in buffs), but on average that MD will be buffing for a good deal higher and will certainly be able to get a higher possible buff.
