I know resources spawn, stay for a certain duration and shift randomly. But what time do resources shift (morning / evening GMT time or something like that)
Or is that Random too ?

Also whats the highest resource concentration you guys have seen.
The max I have seen is 95% (wonder 100% has ever occured)

its all random. Had wild meat shift on me mid hunt. Was happy be cause it was better, but was kinda frustrated because it shifted. But its all random there is now specific time anything shifts.

There was a 98% of crap cl. IV liquid petro on talus .... prolly should have harvested it but it wasn't really worth anything even at that %

It's all random as to when the shift happens and how long it lasts. I have noticed that resouces usually stay around for at least 5 days. It should also be noted that certian resources are always around, like lokian wild wheat, while others completely disappear, like dolovite iron.
