I think that going with someone on a mission would be the best way and healing him when neaded, but what do ya'll recomend?

Yup.. and its more fun than "buff and tumble".. well more fun than buff and tumbling ingame, out of game is another story , but ya.. go hunting, meet some folks and kill things.. that way you will actually LEARN how to be a doc - ie, drag incapped players, keep an eye on group etc..

Having the skills is important, but so is the experience on when and how to use them.

Just a thought.
