I know charges is important, but how low should the power be? Currently I have tons of 15/21 and 15/18 (power/charges) in my factory. Was that smart, or should I have gone lower with power and raised the charges more? Like I said, I'm just wondering how low that power rating should be.

those are not toobad


anything over 20 charges is pretty good

those are not that bad at all.


It depends what you are making though. If you are making stims, I go for charges, as those are harder to exp on and get up there and I don't wanna waste too many of my 12 points on charges. So for BEC's for stims I end up at 17/23 and for when I 'm doing buff packs which every point matters, I have them at 22/18.



A couple fewer charges on the packs, but you have to get those points up there

I still have enough resources to make some more 15/18 (ran out for the 15/21), so assuming I'd get "33" points to play with, when I'm making stims I should go:


13/20


And for buff packs:


18/15


That sound about right? My current buff packs, with the 15/18 ABECs are 26 charges, 933, 3h27m. My current stim Bs *I think* are 413/37.

That's what I heard, but I was wondering what the "accepted" minimum on power is. That's where I'm completely unsure of what to do.

Chillly resources suck anyway. But some docs are getting 454/40 stim B's /cry


I go for bulk herb meat instead of quality so my B's are barely over 400 with 35+ charges


that your action buff stats? 918 with 3 hours 43 minutes on mine. 24 charges. Only one good spawn of avian here...and imagine that...when it happened it was on tatooine.....


I can only kill so many dwarf nunas before I go mad

I max out charges on every ABEC, current ones are 22 charge/15 power or 21 charge/16 power


My last set of Action Buff where 34 charges, 919 base, 13.5k duration.


The others where 31 charges, 895 base, 12.4k duration. (Just need better avian)

I could care less what the BEC power rating was. Its pretty worthless in that category.

no offense, but I find it really amusing when people do that. Your trading 5 charges on your buff packs for 5 power.If you were using the 13p/20c for your buff packs, you'd get a buff thats 31 charges and 928 power.........

So in other words keep the charges to at least 20 for any kind of pack?

I reccomend people ALWAYS fully experiment charges as much as possible. The BEC will make a huge difference in the charge number on the final item, but virtually no difference in power on the final item compared to what the CRDM, SDS and LS contribute to power.

Thank you for the information, I myself was just wondering on what i should expairment on with ABC's. As usual I have learned the hard way and expairmented on Power over charges. I will now remedy that situation. Now only if we could get a decent spawn of Lok Wild Wheat.

Yup AND its almost always easier to find high UT tat fiberplast than it is high oq.


I've bought plenty of "grind" fiberplast that has 800+ UT, hee hee.
