How exactly can you tell how much your buffs "hit for" and how long they last?
Also when I see that master docs buff for 10k, that is for all the stats buffed together, all together 10k right?

you have to turn on the atributes window (or something like that, forget the name). It is in the options window.
yes, 10k for a set means all 6 stats buffed.

go into the Options, select Interface, and check the box that says "Show the Modifiers Window" to show the little buff window with durations

If I'm reading what you say correctly then the 10k means this. A doctor says buffing all your stats for 10k is the price in credits. 10000c for 6 stats buffed usually 2000+ points per stat.

Correct. My macro I push when someone asks me to buff them is:
"/tt My enhances land for 2175 each, last 3 hours and 45 minutes, and cost 13,000 credits for all six. I do not do partial buffs, and do not bank tip me without my permission first. If your Battle Fatigue is 250+, then the buff strength will be reduced."
I have another macro for /reply, same message.

So when my A level buff says (under examine)stats 70, time 2234, for example; does that mean the stat is raised 70 points for 2234 seconds of time?
Is that how it works?

The time is right, but I'm not sure how A power packs work, I've never used them.

this is good link that is also found in floated section.
Those are base stats that are multiplied by your own skills.
So if you for example have that a level buff with wound treatment 2 and you buff in med center you get 94 raise in stat and duration of 37 mins and 14 sec. As your skills go up so does the raise in stats. (master doc with bivoli and 110 med droid would buff in medical city would raise stats by212 with your pack)
