Thread: Do these buffs suck?

OK, I made some buffs for the non-master Docs on my server, and don't seem to have any interest in them.
They are all 90 or lower med use, all between 835 and 850 power, all over 10,100 duration, and all 21 charges or more.
I'm trying to sell crates of 25 (all 6 stats) for a measly 200K. I mean, if you do the math, at 10K for buffing (which is what average buffers get - I do my master buffs for 12K), just ONE set would be 210,000 credits. The rest of the 24 is pure profit. Average 10K times 25 buffs times 21 charges, and you get 5 MILLION, 250 THOUSAND credits!
Or are you finding that non-master docs don't buff for profit, but instead, buff for PVP? In which case, I guess they're looking for a little more power, but jeez, aren't these buffs OK?

Those are nice buffs for sure, especially being under med use 90. I wish you were on Tarquinas, so you could make me some Master quality buffs...I would pay whatever you asked

If you could say, email them to me via cross server peko peko post to starsider, I'll gladly pay you 300k for them. I assume by you saying all 6 stats that you actually have 6 crates for sale @ 200k, 1 crate per stat.

Correct. I am offering 6 crates, one of each stat, 25 per crate at 200K. Maybe it's my server. There's a LOT of good docs with +20 SEAs on Kettemoor, and we've had some good resources spawn lately... /shrug

if people dont know you have em, they wont buy em
I sell 90 med use packs with lower values all the time. I cant keep them in stock.

The packs are fine.
First time i maked buff packs to sell, got same wrong idea, spend my best resources making buff packs lower 90 med use to sell, in 866-903 power range, and the 90% packs selled to master docs. The master doc demand (me at Radiant) is a lot more hight vs no masters.
If u want sell very fast just make for master docs all times

Are you selling 200k for 1 crate of 25 of one stat?
Or 200k for 1 crate of all stats?
Theres a guy on our server, who hits
913 / (cant remember duartion but theyre 3hrs10mins) / 28 uses x25 in crate for 150k for one stat - same for HFCSS and ACtion are same but 917.

Like most things it depends on your competition.
Over all I would say a Med use 90 buff hitting at that power rocks and will sell like hotcakes.
You just need to advertise the MU. The docs that use those are dable docs that mostly PvP and go through buff packs like brandy. They also can't make them themselves since they often have doc 0440 to free up the skill points for other things like CM.
This leads to high sales.

If you want to sell these as a set a good way of getting your goods across is setting up an auction on your server trade forums, set it slightly less than what you are asking for and the likelyhood is you would get more credits, as long as there are 2 buyers bidding your laughing to the bank.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone. I thought they were OK, and I thought I'd have no trouble selling them. Well, that's the thing. I'm offering all 6 stats, one crate each, for 200K, and haven't gotten a single bid. I just did a little research and found a Doc who makes better packs (roughly the same power, but with like 28 charges), but charges 18K for each pack. Says she can't keep 'em in stock. That's 108K for 6 buffs. This is 200K for 150 buffs, no takers...

On Bria:
I sold 6 crates of 30: 927/27/3.1/89 med use for 7,000,000 credits.
I sold 35 single sets of 860/25/3.1/89 med use @ 100,000 a set in 8 hours.
Its DEFINATELY your server.
