Can these be used to make a schematic, and use crafted ones in their place? Or will crafted ones have a serial # and not be able to be used?

If this is anything like no serial number krayt tissues then I'd imagine you could make a schem, put in any quality CRDM's, and get the quality of the looted components...of course this kind of thing is not permitted as far as I know as you're circumventing the system. I suggest not trying to do that as clearly it's not meant to be that way.
