I was told that the main meat before publish ten was Dant Herb meat but that the resources shifted with publish ten coming up. So that I may start collecting now. Please be specific if you know of a certain planetary meat as well and if you could tell me how much a good sample would be going for. For example what would a meat with OQ = 800 and PE = 750 be likely to go for. A friend also told me that if it has a really high OQ of like 900 it would make up for the lower PE. Is this a general concensus?

Every single resource in the game shifts stats every 5-14 days or so. It has nothing to do with when publishes come out. Resources also have different stats on different servers.
