My buff consistently buff at 2400 with bivoli, today my first buff set was 2400 then second was around 1900-2000 then thrid set was 1700 anyone else experince this?

Check battle fatigue. That will have an impact on the buffs. Anything over 300 will impact buffs (I think it's 300 - somewhere around that number).

Anyway, it's best to have <100 BF when being buffed.

buffs aren't affected by BF unless its higher than 200 from what i've seen

but that has happened to me a few times but long before pub10

250 is the BF threashold (sp?)

(BF-250)/1000=% of buff lost....so at 750BF your buffs are at 50% norm, and at 1250 your buffs are useless (same goes w/ stims)

Yes it was BF - I didnt check because it was the same person and the span of time not that big but the char had been poisoned by Noc Kams repeatedy, silly me didnt do a diag.

I'm pretty sure that BF caps at 1000, so the most a buff could be reduced to is 25% effectiveness.

yes, check battle fitiege and if it is igher than 250 then it iwll effect your buffs... also buffs are not dependabe they chage the lvl of the buffs all of the time so watch out. good luck
