I've looked around and can't find an answer to this.I’m currently gathering the resources for Buff packs. I know that the Avian and Reactive Gas are the 2 most important ingredients. I’m looking for 875 power and 3.5h duration for my packs. I’ve noticed that the resource spawns available for the subcomponents have been pretty bad lately on my server. Should I harvest and use them anyway and just worry about the Avian / RG or should I wait for a better spawn? Any light shed on this would be a huge help, Thanks.

Harvest but also ask around if in guild might find some other guys might have an old spawn stacked up out the back, or put on trade forums or server forums....worth asking just dont let em con you
