Is there a formula for this? I'm getting some skill tapes and was wondering if theres a way to figure out how good my bacta shoot will be with it.

Check out Matta's stickied post on Post Publish 19 Doc Healing Data. Check out the difference in HE there and you should be able to approximate what the HE change will do for you at your current Healing skill ability.

Ill check that post but I believe I have 15 now (0020 medic) and I'm looking into getting extra 25. With 15 I heal myself for 622 so I'm trying to figure out how much it will be at 40. You think it will be at a level of good stim D? I hate using stims 'cause they're too slow to "recharge"

It would depend on how much Healing Efficiency you already have... +1 isn't the same for everyone.
