i tested the new buffs today and nothing seems to have changed except the med center bonuses?
the only diference was with a droid with 46mins?
what are they doing ?

Interesting. The patch notes said the buff duration times were "adjusted" for group usefullness...
Perhaps it didn't work out like they thought it would.
