Long Answer

Master Doc can give posion & disease enoculations, buff the HAM bars, buff combat speed, rez, area cure for diseases, place hospitals, better rate of fire with weapon. 4000 cant

Short answer

Master Doc can apply combat speed buffs & rez

4000 can rez if you have a rez arm plus you save 43 sp!!!

I think the question was what's the healing power difference between a 4000 doc and a MD ... Is that the question?

I know that as a MD i'm healing for 1.5 K no clothing, enhancers or droid ...

I highly doubt that after pub 21. At Mdoc, I heal myself with Advanced Bacta for 1547 with a healing eff shirt.
