Thread: No healing others in CU is for Non-Doctors only

I have seen way too many people talking about how no-one will want to group docs anymore since no-one can heal anyone else. You aremisreading this info in the CU. Doctors will be the ONLY people healing others. Maybe the info was not clear and hopefully a red name will clear this up soon, but this is going to be an awesome time to be a doctor. EVERYONE will want a doctor in their group with these changes. I am extremely excited about pulling my doctor off the shelf because I got no enjoyment at all from the buffing game. My fun with doctor was group missions and raids. This is going to be different but it will be more active. Trust me....if it was not clear in the docs, they will clear it up soon.

wouldnt a CM also fit this category ? I mean it is one of thier defined roles....

Yeah sorry I meant to say CM too. They will both bethe healers that they were always supposed to be. I feel sorry in a way for people that spent their all their money on buff resources but honestly the resources that BE's need will probably be the same ones. Just sell them or trade them to a BE or pickup BE if the crafting part was what you enjoyed about doc.

Medics themselvs will likely have the ability heal, but only with the lower powered stims. While this will have a role in lower-end groups, Docs and CM's will definitely be in high demand for any groups anywhere but the starter planets.
