Help is appreciated.

I got the first level of Doctor Crafting today and made my first Action and Health Enhancement packs, I even got Intermidiate Medicine Use so I could use them. But everytime I tried to use them, nothing happened. I tried off the radial menu, out of the inventory, on grouped players, on ungrouped player, opposite factions, pets, myself, nothing worked.

I am wondering if this is a bug or if anyone else is having this problem. The packs require a med use of 52, I have 60 so that is not a problem. Any suggestions or explenations about what is wrong will be greatly appreciated.

You need the "Enhance Player" ability granted at the second box up on the Injury treatment tree (the one with revive at the top).

I found this out the same way you just have. Its a bit of a bummer but those 2 boxes aren't that hard to get.
