I just made my first enhance packs but am unable to use them. I get no error message and my medicine skill is +60. However, no matter what I try I just stand there as though I did nothing. It diesn't matter if they are in my main inventory or whether I try to buff myself or another. Nothing happens. I get no animation, no error message... just nothing.

Please help if you can, these buffs are the reason I went doctor.
