Thread: How does this buff thing work
Can only a doctor buff my character, or can I buy whatever I need to do it myself. I'm only a novice medic with first aid 1.
How long does the buff work, I read someone earlier saying it lasted 3 hours? How much does it buff the HAM and secondary stats for...etc?
I'm currently trying to power through some XP on endor/dathomire andfrom what little I've read a buff sure would help.Anyone that can help me on Bria?
Only doctors can buff... you will need the a particular skill on the wound Rx tree... name escapes me for the moment...
Buffs last 20 mins to 3 hours. With HAM increases from 80-1000 depending on enchance pack used. Secondary skill buffs are available also.
Hehe. you can do it yourself by eating all kinds of strange spice/herbs/food

the command for buffing is /healenhance <stat>.
As a master doc with reasonable quality class D enhance packs in a med center I manage a buff ranging from 1000 to 2000. This is modified by where it is done. I often buff in camps and by my med driod, but this is modified in the same way as wound healing. Better done in a med center, but can be done else where with less effect.
As for duration a well made class D pack will last from 9000 seconds (2 and a half hours) to 10500 seconds (nearly 3 hours). This is a known fact the doctor can see when they examine the enhance pack.
I have to say there is nothing like the feeling of buffed secondary stats. Even when incapped by a Krayt I was only out for a few seconds. Unless it hit my mind pool.
Please note a doctor can not effect the mind pool (or its secondary stats) in anyway.
Cool, now i just need to find a doc on Bria.
btw, what's the going rate for a top quality buff, the kinda that can last 2-3 hours?
