My thought is... why sell the pack, when you can get MUCH more creds by just enhancing people? Really, why use all the components, all the resources, and all the effort to make the packs to sell them for 10k or whatever price, when you can make 80k+ from using those same packs you made to enhance people?

If you now have a large amount of avian meat, great! Instead of 80k, you can now make 800k! Just go to all the good hunting places and offer enhances, you will make a lot more creds that way, believe me.

So far I have turned 10+ random people down asking about enhance packs. It took me a bit of soul searching but here is my policy.

1. Trade yes, sell never.

2.Stillundeciededregaurding guildies.

This is your number 1 core class ability. Think long and hard before you sell it.

I sell them for one credit per buff/enhance point.

So, for example, if I have a enhance med that buffs for 100 points, and it has ten uses, then 100 x 10 = 1000 is what I charge.

wow, that'd get pretty high. I'd be selling at around 20k a pack, then!

I have gotten a number of requests in the past from people asking if I sold enhancement D packs, given I had only small supplies of avian meat at the time I always responded with no, I only make one or two of each at a time and then offer to enhance players with them for a price of 3000 credits, that is about what is the avg price although some charge almost twice that.

Anway I have come into a small stock of avian meat and I ma thinking about making some crates of enhancements so I can sell packs to players. So my question is what you would as a master doctor sell your enhancement packs for? As for stims and woundpacks I sell for about what others typically sell for, but I think enhancements are different. Here is my thinking.

I normally get enhancment packs with around 27 to 28 charges each. So a full set of 6 multiply buy3K comes just over 80K for a set of 6. Now here is my quandry. Do you sell for their potential earning power or based on a price calculation similiar to what people use to develop prices for stims and woundpacks (like cost of materials, plus harvester time, power factories time gathering resources then add profit)? For instance I have seen players sell a set of all 6enhance Ds for 10K. That may seem about right if you are selling to someone who plans to use them to enhance themselves or the people they hunt with. But, that doc could turn around and go into the enhancing business charging 3k or more a pop making at elast 8 times what they paid for them. So what to do, sell them for what they cost + a nice profit or sell them at a price a below than their potential earing power?

I guess why sell a set for only 10K if you by providing an enhancement service sell for 3k?

Anyway just looking for some thoughts. All this could also mean players should stop paying so much for enhancments to drive the price of the service down.

Truthfully, I don't sell allot at that price, but thats ok, since 900+ OQ avian meat is hard to come by anyways. I do sell steadily though, just not all in one day.

Besides my customers are "big game" hunters, who want the 750+ buffs, so price is usually not a problem for them.
