Say if i have the same enchancer ...is there a difference in buffage of a newbie palyer and a character that is already finished? cuz i notice on some people i bufff for alot more than others.

the numbers are random.. although, i have notices high battle fatigue does lower the buff amount..

I'm currently not a doctor and have only been buffed once by a doctor. So I have no real comparison. Just a general range (lare or small) would be enough for me.
And could I also pls get an answer to the bf question?

The bf that matters is that of the person who the packs are being applied to.

high bf on the patient or doctor?
While I'm here, could I get the avg bufs on the different classes (A,B,C,D). I'm trying to decide how far into doctor I want to go.

It's hard to say, for sure. Not only does the level of the enhancement pack have an impact on the level of the enhancement, but so does your level of wound treatment ability. The higher you go in the wound treatment tree, the more bonuses you'll gain to healing wounds (and applying enhancements).
