Can I use /healstate to cure poison or disease?

I'm trying to set a macro for pvp.

I'm just wondering. I certainly don't want to put two additional commands if I can use just one.

I think they are asking about using the command, and I think the commands for the cure packs is /curepoison and /curedisease. So /healstate won't work, you'd have to either use the packs directly or use the proper command.
