I'm thinking Doctor crafting but not sure.

Aye, it is Doctors Medical Crafting. If you click on the box, and see what skills it gives you, it should say "Medicine Exerpimentation +10."


I believe ever 10 med experimenting give you 1 experimenting point to use while crafting.
