Can anyone give me any tips on how to get this quickly? I'm sure theres grinding involved, but whats the best way to do it?

If you look through the pages, you'll find a macro which will open the crafting station for you, choose the schematic and produce the item in crafting mode. All you need to do is click the resources.

The item you should craft is either Biological Effect Controllers or Advanced Biological Effect Controllers. It depends on how rich you are and how much you can afford to spend on the resources. The advanced version will give more XP and it won't be a waste of resources because Lokian Wild Wheat and Tatooine Fiberplast will always be available.
