Ok here's the resources i'm using.

Advance Liquid SuspensionPower 125

Advance Chemical Release Power 62

Advance BEC Power 12 Charges 18

Domesticated Wheat OQ 799 PE 987

Intrusive Ore OQ 980 PE 912

Ok that is what I'm using but for some reason I'm only getting 37 uses and 390 heal. 390 is the highest I can get with experimentation (92%).

Now my question is why isn't it going over 400. Last week I used the same resources and got 411/37 and today no matter what I try 390 is highest I got. Can't get anywhere near 400 now. So did it get nerfed or something? Or am I doing something wrong? Please give me your input.

It's your liquid suspensions... these should go up to around 200 power (and therefore are much more important than ACDRMs). Either your berries or water is a problem. Both of these are readily avalable, so you should be able to get really high quality stuff given enough time.

The thing is though that the berries I'm using now are the best dantooine berries I've ever gotten as well as the water so I know for a fact I've never made better LS then the ones I got now. All my components are much higher then the ones I've made in the past so I can't figure it out.

That has happened to me too, sometimes, for no reason, the heal/enhance (it has happened whenI have made enhancers too) goes down. When it happens I just make something else and then I go back again and it is somehow fixed.

I don't know what causes this, all I know is that it happens sometimes.

Is is the Liquid Supension. Although, I've never heard of 200, 150's is usually considered decent and 180's is considered awesome. My 141 currently in use is the lowest I've ever produced.

On Intrepid the berries have been crap for last 2 shifts so I make do with what I got. The water however is quite nice now OQ 900+ so that with the best of the 2 berries I do have makes the 125. But like I said I made 400+ stims with what I had so I should theoretically be able to produce it again since what I had is still what I have =( Oh well I will give it a shot later on tonight and see what happens.
