Doctor Archive

I have just completed a rather lengthy section of the Doctor FAQ and I'd appreciate a little feedback from the rest of the community. I had added a "Crafting Guide" some time ago and just added another section to it for some of the more advanced crafters. If you have a little time to take a look, I'd appreciate any feedback about things that are unclear or incorrent (I certainly hope I haven't made any mistakes, but it's possible).
