Thread: Regular v. Advanced Components
Just a simple question ( i think) ![]()
Which is better?
- Using Advanced Components with very poor resources?
or
- Using Regular Components with very good resources?
Even the worst advanced subcomponents are better than the best basic subcomponents.
Very true that the worst advanced are better then the best basic, but there can be a small window where you'll say.. it's not worth it. A recent spawn of Class 4 liquid petro, that had an OQ of 22 resulted in marginally better Adv CRDMs, unless I had REALLY good herbivore meat, then I got them a bit better. 34 was best I've done that the c4lp, and that was with OK meat, so This one falls into my not worth it category right now.
If you can use adv components do it..experiment on them too...get a person crafting station or a droid with one. I decided to become a doctor for buffing and revive...lvled in it fast with the use of adv components. Faster than the normal novices. I was a BH that traveled to the adv planets to collect the stuff to sell then i realized how powerfull they were...ditch BH for Doctor now will be a TKM soon to compliment the healing profession. USE the ADV STUFF!! You will get better tips. \
Example a guy walks in after being doused with a flame thrower and all the medics are gone and looks at me and says going to be here for a long time as he heals himself for 10pts...he has 480 wounds health. One shot and he is healed with my adv components 480 pts healed...result 2k tip. Speed works and gets you more xp and better tips.
