The reason you don't charge for heals is because you get enough money from another source. I wouldn't beat my chest so much on not charging for heals. Bottom line is your charging for using your meds on a player.

I doubt any doctor even consider charging for heals.

Maybe healing wounds at med center, but how many master doctor would be in med center?

If you are healing, that mean you are in the group, which means you get your share of credit from mission. why would any doctor need to charge money for heal when in group?

If you don't charge for your stims, buffs or going out of your way to revive someone outside of your groupis different matter, but I am not clear what you mean by you are not charging for healing.

I was just posting in response to alot of other docs complaining they can't make money... Buffs are the ONLYthing I charge for becuase I try my hardest to make top of the line medications and the resources I get aren't cheap. I think if it more as an independant business than just putting crap in a vendor.

Making money with your profession is the best way to help balance out a very unstable economy.

And I hang around the Anchorhead Tavern all the time so, I'm pretty easy to reach.

I am a Master Doctor who has no problems making money. Everyone complains that meds are too expensive and you should charge for heals... NO! I became a Doctor to help out the Rebel movement and I don't charge for heals and I heal everyone. I do charge for buffs though but its a flat rate of 3k. People remember the nice docs and always enjoy going to them for promp service... So, after building that trust with my patients I have introduced a plan that

A. Helps me get money

B. Gives the patient a great service with a great deal

I like many others am using my bio as a listing of my services. Alot of people check bios and if you want to make money then just list what you have to offer. This is mine. Feel free to use it and/or elaborate on it as you wish.

Master Doctor Buffs: 3000cr (I refund 500cr for every buff that doesn't go over 1000)

Frequent Customer Service Plan: (Rebels Only) - Offers a deal to anyone wanting to be a regular patient of mine. Over time the cost of Buffs will be reduced.

6000cr sign up fee (Gives you first buff and starts you on the plan)

after signing i write down players name and hash marks for amount of visits (this will be easier with the new friend list /addcomment and grouping)

After 10 buffs - 2500cr

After 25 buffs - 2000cr

After 40 buffs - 1500cr

After 50 buffs - 1000cr

After 75 buffs - 500cr (Lifetime Member)

By the time one player has 75 visits I will have made 140,500cr (provided i don't refund for low buffs). Its a great system and I have made well over 50k off of 6 customers in 4 days and that is just on this plan... Advertising your services is a great way to make money. Make it catchy and throw something in there that makes the customers feel somewhat special. For instance: my customer plan is available to Rebels only. You don't like it??? Then join the Rebellion.

The money is out there... You just have to think of a way to take it.
