Yeah, the fastest way would be to get a couple of friends who is a CM with disease or a Commando with a flame thrower to damage each other, and let you heal them. The other day I was in the Theed med center and a guy came in with a disease. Three novice doctors worked on him non stop for 20 minutes and still couldn't keep up with the desease.

Short of that cantinas, med centers and if you have a droid with a medical unit, starports are all good places

Angan, I'll run out to your place and disease a pet for you, no problem. Disease is better then Flame because it replenishes itself. Or you can take up group hunting.

One relatively quick way to get medical xp is to have a friend or 2 use Tumble to Standing and drain their action pool thn zap em with a good stim. With 2 friends spamming tumble and using stim d's and getting 500+xp a shot you can go up very quickly. That will just leave the crafting lines, which I don't know a fast way to level.
