What lines in the Doctor tree are required to buff?
I can take two full lines and I'd like to be able to buff to compliment my TKA, so what do I need?

there are 4 levels of buffs, A-D to make D health and action, you will need Chem 4. to get the D level secondaries, you will need Master.
so, for a minimum D buff, with D action and health, and C secondaries you will need 0-2-0-4 or 0-0-2-4 I cant remember the specifics.
if you are satisfied with buffs averaging about 500, this is for you. if you want to be able to buff for more than this, you will need master doc. Master Docs get the benifit of 10 experimintation points, and added skill levels in medicine use.

To buff you may need at least some skills in 3 trees. You will need Wound treatment level 2 to just get the ability to buff. You may need skills in med crafting to make your buffs (though this can be easily fixed by purchasing your paks). And here is where the 3rd tree comes into effect. You may need pts in med use to be able to use an Enhance Pak (though I have not used an A Pak in so long that I cannot rembember the med use requirement). But to be able to give great buffs you will need -
1) Wound Treatment 2 (to have the ability to buff and to increase your amount buffed)
2) Med use (to be able to use higher buff paks)
3) Med Crafting to make buffs or a supplier.
Hope this wasn't too confusing and helped out some.

If you have medicine use of 80 (reachable without master doc) you can and will be able to use all Buff D's. So basically as long as you don't play to make them yorsuefl, you can buff just as well as anybody else if you have doctor medicine use 4 and woudn treatment 4.
