Well i finally made it with about 2k...can i get some starting tips?

Depends on what you are looking for, if you want to do buffs, I would recommend buying about 50k fiberplast and 50k lokian wheat to grind abec's to level IV doc crafting, fastest way I found to get there. and believe me if you get to that level the med experience will come FAST, although you might want to heal on the side, ( I did my grinding in a med center, so killed two birds with one stone ) to get medicine knowledge level II I believe, the rest will come like dominos.
