assuming all stats on organics and materials are 1000 what is the top you can get these to buff to?

Umm, I'm pretty sure that Enhance D's are the best there are. You get enhance action and health D's at Doc crafting 4, and then secondary stat enhance D's at Master Doc.


Sorry if I missed your point, but Enhance E's don't exist.

doh sorry. i saw substat like str and con buffs at tier 4 (I think) and i was wondering if there was a dif..
