Thread: Rescue tapes..what do they add to?

I'm at work but if memory serves me correctly it is a Ranger skill that falls under trapping that allows you to take aggro for someone else. So with the skill it's suppossed to pull a mob off of them onto you.

Correct. OP was getting confused with drag skill.

I've seen rescue tapes, with mods. What do they do, and are they of any use to a doctor? I would think they would entend the range of dragging a corpse, do they?
Someone told me in game they are broken, and dont do anything. Much like at the beginning I have some industrial xp from somewhere.

It works, or did, but only if the person who is being rescued stops attacking. If that person attacks before the rescuer gets a couple attacks in, which is likely considering the small delay that rescue has, the critter will happily go back to pounding on the person who was rescued.
