Thread: Buffing bonus in Det. HQ's Fact or fiction?

I have heard that an Overt Master doc registered with a det HQ gets a +20 rating. I am assuming that the med rating is then 120.


Is this fact or fiction?

Fiction, I'd like an answer on this as part of the '19 answers' threads, but it seems we're going with "why aren't there any birds on dantooine" instead.
