Not true really.. havla has limited uses and is very filling so you wont be able to use it non stop, I am howeverunsure if these tapes work and if they do how much difference they make.
I would think they would rock for people who sell buffs in the cities and would eventually pay for themselves (assuming they work)

i belive they are bugged right now too... they used to work but i think the devs wanted to take it out along with the med use bonuses.

theres one for sale on a vendor for 2 million, im considering buying it..but im not good at math and i dont know how much it would actualy speed up my buffing. i know that as a master doctor without havla it takes 15 seconds between wound heals (buffs as well), so if i got this tape how long would the delay be between heals?

They do not work nor will they ever work as they are unbalancing.
