I am in the process of buying a +3 skill tape for spd to wound treatment will that count to how fast I am able to buff or just to heal wounds I have Never seen that skill tape before

Bugged or not its both 
At master theres about a 15 second downtime between buffs/wound heals. However, save your creds Newmoon...theres a food that reduces it to absolutly nothing, can buff in 6 seconds if its over +100. The name escapes me but there are quite a few chefs making it now.

thanks for that info and again I am aware of havla but that only helps on 20 buffs/heals and has a nice filling with it, ahh well i will keep looking again thanks for all the help
