Thread: Grinding the first and third tiers in Doc
I'd say your best bet would be to buff people for free. Dont even try to charge them (since your buffs will be crap compared to a doctor), just absorb the cost and keep going. One of the best places is to set up in the Cantina, or Med Center, although that is usually overrun with tumblemonkeys (of course, if you're like me, you can buff the tumblemonkey's action stats, so that they stop being any help to anyone. Win win.).
Or you could set up shop in an outpost on one of the adventure worlds, and offer to buff people for free. Of course, I didn't start buffing until I reached Master Doc, and only used Buffing XP for when I started grinding through CM.

You do know that you can be banned for that right? Sad, I know.
There are a few goods ways to do it:
If you have no friends: Go to a Tavern (ie: Dant Mining Cantina) and buff every ent in there with full buffs. They only need the 3 action buffs, but give em the health anyway. Then sit out side an offer free buffs. Make sure you tell them that you are leveling doc, and what the stats on the packs are (if unsure, use them on yourself first). Dont bother with clothes or Biv for this, just a waste of money. People will generaly let you buff them, then get the overriden with good buffs.
If you have friends: Have your Commando friend seta pet on fire. Let all its stats drop to 1/1 and start healing away!
If your friends are loosers: Have someone /tumble while they're AFK. Thats how I ground out doc. A person in my guild was cleaning her house, so she logged in and set up a tumble macro for me. If you go that rout: Give them an action buff, no secondaries, just action. This way you heal a greater proportion of Health/Acion with each stim. This means more XP.
