The 25/25 headwrap only affects your wound treatment, so installing an experimentation tape on top of it should work (someone verify this?).
The higher rating on the stations only mean that you will get less chance of a failure. They don't directly affect the power or charges that you get out of an item. The power/charges that you experiment up isa function of the resource quality only.
Im just worried cause 2 attachments on the same clothing do not work, so it makes me wonder if only on set of stats would work if I added a tape to my wrap, either just the warp's bonus or just the tape's bonus. I hope that both would still function.
If it's for the same skill mods, yes. Otherwise, no. Now, if the tape you have has two mods, for example artisan experimentation 5 and medicine experimentation 2, in this case yes the artisan one will stick when you put it in your hat and you will lose the medicine mod - unless your hat already has a +5 artisan in it or more, in this case the medicine one will stick.
