The scale I use is:

Heal x Charges x 4 rounded up to the nearest multiple of 2.5K is what I charge for a crate of 50

For your example of 422/36 I would charge:

422* 36 = 15192* 4 = 60768 rounded up = 62500 for a crate of 50

I then take the individual price of a stim using that scale:

62500 / 50 = 1250

And use that base value to determine what I charge for a crate of 25 and for singles. Crates of 25 have a 10% increase per stim and singles get a 25% increase from the original base... this time on the crate of 25.. rounding up to the nearest 1K.

1250 * 1.1 = 1375 * 25 = 34375 rounded up = 35000 for a crate of 25

For singles (rounded up to the nearest multiple of 50):

1250 * 1.25 = 1562.5 rounded up = 1600

That's what I use.

First, figure out how much it cost you to make the stims. Include everything (travel tickets, maintenance/power on harvesters/factories, time or price paid into gathering herbivore meat if you used it, etc). I also play on Tarquinas, and a good stim B costs me about 400 credits to make if herbivore meatand factory production areinvolved. Then, decide what kind of profit margin you want. Bump this up if you're selling on places such as Dantooine and Dathomir (especially because there are no player cities on Dath). You may have to adjust it down a little if you plan on selling on Tatooine, Naboo, or Corellia. When I sell on the bazaar, I try not to be the cheapest nor the most expensive. If someone is blowing them out for crazy cheap, I just wait until those sales have taken placebefore Iput mine on the bazaar. The last step is to multiply your cost by your profit margin and add the result to your cost. Everyone's stim Bs should vary in price a little because it costs different doctors different amounts to make their meds depending on whether or not they mine/harvest their own resources and their connections with other players.

I've got a good idea now what I should charge per Stim after running around to many medical vendors and browsing the bazaar.

I will be breaking down the crates into different stacks and selling them on a friends vendor. I will also distribute them (once again) to some of the remote planets.

To bad you can't alias the creator blockas I know the 100's of /tells will be headed my way like a huge pipeline breaker on a surfer. <ouch>

Also try to keep in mind what resources typically go for on your server in auctions etc, and of course check what other docs charge. I increased my prices when I saw that the resources I use typically go for 20 cpu when auctionned to 2500 cr/stim for 44/422.

Did a search, but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.

What's the price matrix for pricing out stims?

I just got back into making stims on Tarquinas after taking a break to help a holo grinder with mastering 21 professions. After harvesting some new resources I was able to take my 390/34 stim B's up to 422/36, but need a new pricing plan as I don't think anyone else has broken the 400 barrier in a while on this server (I could be wrong).

Anyone able to give me a formula? Heal x charges x (.08) = price??

It really depends on your server, and how the resources there have been. If you're sure that you're making the best stims around (which isn't all that hard to know -- do you have the best resources that have been up on your server?), people won't mind paying a premium for them.

Here's my most recent price list from Valcyn (my prices vary a bit batch to batch, but not a whole lot... Everything on Valcyn is expensive...).

414/44 Bs -- 105k/crate
610/50 (30 use) Cs -- 125k/crate
894/58 (40 use) Ds -- 170k/crate
932/63 (40 use) Es -- 185k/crate
1162/63 (46 use) Es -- 185k/crate

Until yesterday, these were within a few points of the best possible stims on my server (exciting new resource now though...), and have been selling quite well.

Your best bet though, really, is to run around and see what else is being sold on your server... Ask other master docs that you see, and so forth.
