I am back after a long hiatus, but this worked then, so hopefully will work now:


/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/healState self dizzy;
/stand;

Just spam that a couple of times and you'll be up and running in no time.

Stand first.... That is why you have to hit it a couple of times because you have to hit stand and then hit healstate (can't heal when knocked down) so uhhh you have to hit it twice to get a stand command in before a healstate.

My stand button has been replaced with:

/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/healstate self dizzy;
/stand;
/healstate self dizzy;

I reccomend you don't spam it, but you can experiment on that.
