Can a Belt be worn with the crafting apron?

any help is greatly appriciated.

it sure can

You can wear shoes, trousers, belt, shirt, bandolier and gloves too.

I've got a question about the Apron too, What exactly does it do, Crafting Experimentation points or something?

adds 5, meaning you need 5 more for one extra experimentation point and 15 more for 2

+10 experimentation points = 1 full crafting point
