Thread: real quick question concerning hospitals.

I have placed down a hospital in our city. If I decide to drop Master Doc, what if anything will happen to my hospital? Any answers or ideas?

The hospital will remain. But you cant replace it unless your master.

you can keep it but cannot redeed it. you can remaster or transfer it to a master doc or cm. Gen
