I am a new Master Doctor with a 110 droid and 25% bivoli. I see a huge range of prices for buff packs. wonder vert their power into the actual buff delivered.
857/11965/90/31 - this means I get 31 uses, it lasts 3 hours 30 minutes, for med use 90 but what level of buff?
I read the FAQ http://www.iootnega.com/doctor/faq.asp#q26
If I use this set of stats I get:
872 x 1.1 x [(100+100+25+25)/100] x 1.1 = 2637 total buff
But I only get 2398 :-(

I won't answer your question, unfortunately, just point out an important thing about that buff pack. You say it is a MU 90 pack, and those MU 90 (or 89 or whatever lower than 91) are experimented by the crafting doc to let non-master doctors use it. This means, that you, now that you are a Master (gratz!
) can use much better packs than this one. So, get out there buy a proper master doc pack, or craft one!
I am certain someone with better information about what your actual buff stats will be (there is a calculator out there somewhere). My guess is that you will hit in the range of 2.1-2.2k in the circumstances you mention.

Just use a buff calculator like this one http://www.houseofskills.com/buff_estimate.php target=_blank>here to get how powerful will be your buffs, in this case, with +25 Biv you should get a 2350 buff.

Not entirely true. While in some very specific cases this might be true.(If for instance, he is buying his packs from a +10 points Doc)As a general rule, most crafters that make bulk quantities of enhances packs (and normally haveat least 11 or 12experimentation points)ALWAYS max out first on the effectiveness of the packthey are crafting before working on lowering the med use. So to speak really clear here, once we reach the effectiveness cap on the pack we use the leftover points in the med use and charges.

Agreed. 10-pt Docs crafting commercial packs will usually be able to make decent packs with 91 or more med use, while 11 and 12-pt Docs will almost always use 1 exp pt to lower the med use to 90 and below. This is to cater tothe huge market of 0440 Docsand the up and coming Docs.
In the original poster's calculations, I believe the discrepancy is caused by the "environment multiplier" (which assumes that you are in a Medical City with a +10% bonus) which is left in the formula by default (the additional x1.1). If you went to a med city under the same conditions, I believe you will be able to hit the 2600+ displayed in the formula.
