Can someone tell me what is the current shift on avian and herb meat on the Lowca server?

Talus avain is good, but been in shift for 11-12 days. Endor herb is good but been around for a while. WWW.SWGCRAFT.COM will give you all the info you need

Exactly what creatures do you harvest the meat from?

Endor herb shifted, talus avain drops from fynocks and rasps(you can get missions for those) very small birds. In addition to swgcraft.com Check out swgcreatures.com
