You need medical experimentation clothing attachments. For ever point of experimentation you need +10 medical experimentation. A master doctor gets +100 medical experimentation so they get 10 points by default. You will need +20 worth of clothing attachments in order to become a 12-point experimentation doctor.
As for assembly you can find clothing attachments for medicine assembly as well. The most benefit you will get out of clothing attachments is +25. Any more than that will not do anything.
