hi! im trying to make my own poison pack and for some reason i cant get a dispersal mechanism to load..now i have factory crates of all the subcomponent,but i dont show having a dispersal mechanism when trying to craft..am i missing some thing!! do i need to make another run with different resources ..or am lost on what a dispersal mechanism is!!

any advise would be greatly appreciated..thx

dispersal mechanisms are made by combat medics.
