Now, I'm no expert at this, but the 2 things that I spot are the PE on the Avian Meat and your CRDM's.

I try and not use Avian Meat with a PE lower that 700. That's not always possible, I know.
Also, you're just hurting yourself more with the CRDM's. My CRDM's are a minimum of 58 and most times are 60.

So maybe the two things combined are causing your problem.

Well, 3 weeks is nothing... we use to fight for stuff that is 30-40 weeks old. just ask kindly in your galaxy trade if anybody has some for sale and pay 10 cpu or similar. iam sure you will find some.

on the other hand it all comes down to avian meat and reactive gas, and as nice as your reactive is - the PE of the avian is way too low. always look that OQ is over 900 and PE at least over 750 then you should be able to craft 850 Base packs.

Ok, well as to try to solve your problem at the present, without having to wait for new spawns, wouldn't it be a good idea to make a thread in your trade forums looking for some better C4 then? Like I said, stuff you're using is really low, anything a bit higher will help you, and it certainly will end up being a lot cheaper than avian meat.

Just an idea anyways.
