Thread: New patch has altered buff times

im finding theres no delay when buffing, as long as my mind if full enough i can quite happily buff as if i am permanently on havla... ive gotta say i actually like this bug
- always hated waiting for buffs..

I think this bug is dependant on what faction the doctor is, and the faction of the person being buffed is.
When I was buffing earlier as a rebel doctor, I'd still have to wait for recovery times when I was buffing neutral or other rebel players. The only time I could buff as if I was taking havla was when I was buffing imperial players. One neutral doctor that I talked to said that they could buff anyone with no recovery time needed regardless of faction. I don't have any idea as to how imperial doctors are affected by this.

I just tried this in a rebel city and still came up with the same results as before. As a reb doctor, I can speed buff imps, but not neutrals or other rebs.

My neutral doc can buff my reb player with no delay at all. /bugged it in game.

I think it has to do with the Control of a City.
City = Imperial; Imperial Players get "speed buffs"
City = Rebel; Rebels players get "speed buffs"
Neutral doesn't matter because they aren't on any side.
Personally while this may be a welcomed bug....it is still a bug.

yeah... i buffing on tat when it happened was sitting down with brandy/halva
