sorry for the noob question. i looked around on the forum and on the faq page but i couldn't get a definitive answer on this. you help is greatly appreciated.

i have 7x (same serial) 148power janta blood.

it seems they replace the ABEC in the crafting process and Health Enh. D's take 3 and Action Enh. D's take 2.

so what is the best use of my 7 units? can i get 2 Action packs and one health or are some of the janta's needed for a schematic? or is there a better combination?

dont, i repeat dont, use your janta packs to make a schematic unless u have like 100 or more identicals

generally speaking health/action packs are the way to go... its up to you what u wish to do with them, but if it were me i'd go with 2 health packs, as action are generally easier to craft in the first place. but i f u want to use all of them on buffs go 2 action and 1 health. to answer your question, yes they replace abecs and yes they need to be identical to do that.

Agreed if they for use yourself, however if theyre for sale then obviously its gonna make betetr profit to make 2 Action and 1 health.

Slightly easier to get sets of 2 than it is to get sets of 3 so if theyre for yourself i'd go with 2 health and hope a couple with similar stats crop up for action packs.
