Thread: Need help with Buffing macro

I was wondering if their is anyone out there that has a good buffing macro? The one I have found makes the player to get buffed join the group before the buff takes place. I have tried this manually and it starts to get rough with ppl rushing you not staying in line and even more annoying your price for the buff is in the shout box above your head and they still ask you how much! LOL but I need alot of help with this cause I guess it seems be doing it manually I can keep up with the demand fast enough. Any suggestions for mind problems? I get a mind buff and then use Bivoli and Brandy but my mind still dimishes a bit fast.

if you are looking for an (afk) macro, there are plenty to choose from, but if you are sitting at your computer watching whats happening, the best method I have found so far is the looping shout for spam, and in toolbar slots 1 thru 6 have your buff packs in the following order, con, action, str, health, quick, stam. this is the usual order from longest to shortest, which means they will all generally wear off at the same time for your client. in button 7 have a macro that calls each pack with a 6 to 8 second pause between keypresses. also if you happen to be watching your puter while buffing, use bank tip for payment methods that way you dont get lost with who paid first, and make a disclaimer that if they tip regularly they might not get anything if you dont catch it. saves a headache when you have 20 ppl in line, and 19 of them are sending you tells on when its thier turn. but again buff macro's depend on which you want it for.
here is an example of the 'watching' buff.
(assumes you already have the player targeted)
/say %TT, I am begining your buff sequence now. please be patient.;
/pause 3;
/say checking your vitalsigns for wounds and battlefatigue. I will let you know if you are over 250BF and please get it healed.:
/pause 2;
/diag;
/pause 5; **this is here to give you a chance to type /dump if they have high BF.**
/say Applying Constitution, please hold still.;
/ui action toolbarSlot00;
/pause 8;
/say Applying Action, please hold still.;
/ui action toolbarSlot01;
/pause 8;
/say Applying Strength, please hold still.;
/ui action toolbarSlot02;
/pause 8;
/say Applying Health, please hold still.;
/ui action toolbarSlot03;
/pause 8;
/say Applying Quickness, please hold still.;
/ui action toolbarSlot04;
/pause 8;
/say Applying Stamina, please hold still.;

depending on your connection speed, you may have to change the times, but the 8 seconds between buffs is recommended. 6 seconds between is the fastest.

I presently have 2 afk buffing macro written. i hardly ever use them anymore i would be happy to share and help a follow doc.

First thing is to have your stats migrated. I have no problem with 1100 mind. I didn't have a problem with 1000, either. I don't wear armor while buffing. But ... here we go for the toolbar line up (This is before the changes, so I will need a imp & rebbuff macro .. LOL):
F1: (target next victim)
/diagnose (this is so I can check BF .. if 249 & under,click F5; if 250 & over click F13)

(Await tip) (I changed the word "credits" to appear in orange, so that I can locate it faster in the combat window .. I now have a "buff" window that I pull out to watch for all 6 stats and credits to appear, while buffing)

**There are others .. but no sense in going into it ... you can go nuts if you'd like .. change the wording, etc .. But this should get you started ...
