Thread: SEA/Clothing Question

I know that clothing caps healing/wound treatment at +25 but can you get skill tapes that will stack on TOP of this +25? Or would they be worthless if you already have the clothing on? This question has probably been asked a million times but for some reason the search feature seems to not be working this morning.

You're capped at +25 whether with BE clothes or attatchments
